What’s Included
- What’s Included/Not Included with Pool Opening:
- Reassemble – Filter, Pump, Heater, Chlorinator, Salt Cell, UV
- Re-Install lights, ladder and slide parts if applicable
- Remount pool accessories and deck equipment
- Start up pool equipment and visually inspect for leaks
- Communicate any issues found during opening if applicable
What’s NOT Included:
- Vacuuming the pool
- Balancing the water chemistry
- We do not re-install drop-in stair units
- Replacement accessories/white goods
What You Need To Do
- Please ensure that we have access to your backyard.
- Keep your breakers on.
- All white goods and accessories near the pool
- Please Fill your Pool water 1/2 way up your skimmers before we arrive
(if you have tarp and bags slide your hose under the tarp into the pool and fill until 1/2 way up the skimmers, this can take 12+ hours to complete before we arrive) - If we are vacuuming your pool please fill your pool all the way up the skimmer**
Once initial shock treatment has been completed, we encourage you to bring a water sample into your nearest pool dealer for a digital water analysis within 24 hours.
Please note:
Swim Ready Services are available at an additional charge.
Ranging between $500-$1,000 depending on the condition of the pool.
*All prices are for typical service times. Any unexpected situations, difficult access or any irregular circumstances will be billed at $80/person per hour on site.
*If a secondary visit is required it will be billed at our first hour service rate of $150

What’s Included:
- Blow out all lines of the pool system: Filter, Pump, Heater, Chlorinator, Salt Cell, UV, skimmer, returns
- Remove lights, ladder and slide parts if applicable
- Remove all white goods (pump/skimmer baskets)
- Remove cartridge filters if applicable
- Remove UV system & salt cell to store in basement if applicable
- 8L Antifreeze included
What’s NOT Included:
- Vacuuming the pool
- Balancing the water chemistry
- We do not remove drop-in stair units
- Replacement accessories/white goods
What You Need To Do
- Provide access to the backyard
- Keep breakers ON
- When Lowering the water level, please aim for 3-4 inches below your skimmer or 1-2 inches below the return jets, assuming the return jets are correctly positioned.
- Leave winterizing accessories beside the pool (plugs, gizmos, foam, etc.)
- Leave winter cover beside pool (if Riverside is installing)
- We encourage you to keep your chlorine levels up and water balanced before winterizing to prevent algae blooms while we wait for temperatures to drop
**Please note: There is a $50 fee PER water feature to winterize (slide, deck jets, waterfall, extra pump, etc.) All prices are for typical service times. Any unexpected situations, difficult access or any irregular circumstances will be billed at $80/person per hour on site.
