Rob, Erik, and Mike have a combined 50 years experience in the pool industry. Each one has extensive knowledge of inground pools. But what sets this dream team apart is that each one brings something completely different to the table.

Rob brings 20 years of Inground Pool construction to the table. He's been the lead builder for several large pool installation companies within Winnipeg, which has allowed him to see firsthand the best way to build a top-quality inground pool in Manitoba. All things on-site construction? Rob's your guy!

Erik has been in the Inground Pool Construction Industry for over 15 years. His passion for delivering the strongest product and custom design led him to focus on concrete and paving stone pool surrounds. Honing in on this niche market led to the opening of Harder Concrete in 2015. What really fires Erik up? Meeting customers and turning their dreams into a reality.

Fun Fact: Rob taught Erik how to pour concrete over 15 years ago!

Mike also brings 15 years of Inground Pool Construction experience to the table PLUS he spent the last few years as the GM for a construction company. From sales to construction to customer instructs, Mike does it all and more.

I am absolutely loving the lighter colors people are gravitating towards for their liners.

Just like interior design trends change, so do pool/landscaping designs.

We're seeing a big shift from high contrasts, darker vibes to subtle, lighter and more airy.

3 years ago we rarely poured anything brown and now we're really starting seeing the return of warmer tones.

Fall is here. 🍂 The season is slowly but surely

Fall is here. 🍂
The season is slowly but surely coming to an end.

Saturday we put in a full day to trowel the pool floor and install the liner.
Would you believe it didn't go according to plan?

Here's the thing.
Some elements are completely out of our control. Shipping times, increase freight charges, lack of man power, being delivered the wrong liner....

But honestly, it is what it is.
It's so easy to play the blame game.
It's so easy to let something like this ruin your day.
But we chose not to.
We are all human, shit happens.

It didn't rain, our hole was protected, the correct liner was installed on Monday and our clients are happy.

Day in and day out we are all doing what we can with what we have.
So I choose to look at the bright side.

This sun is shining. The weather is perfect.
We have work to keep our employees busy and paid. Knowledge and skill to provide an amazing product to our clients.

And at the end of day I'm feeling pretty dang grateful I get to work alongside these people, having fun and busting our butts off because we truly love what we do. 🤘

While the crew has been hard at work building pools, quoting and prepping for our official launch, I have been sick and spent the better part of 2 weeks on the couch.

But the head fog is gone and it's back to business!... until our little 4 year old germ monster brings me the next bug 🦠
